Mark was crying so Bret held him up in the air and he would stop and stair at the Salt Lake Temple. Then Bret brought him down and he would push himself back up to look at the temple. It was really neat.
We decided to buy a Christmas tree and bought a few gifts to put under the tree. This is Mark's first Christmas and he is 5 weeks old.
Grandpa and Grandma Johnson bought this cute 1st Christmas outfit for Mark. We had one hour Church today and he wore his cute Christmas outfit.

This is at our Ward Christmas Party that we had on December 10th. My friend made this cute crochet reindeer beanie for Mark. He looks so cute!

Bret's Parent's and my dad came for Mark's baby blessing. We all went to the beach only 20 minutes away (Isle Palms) and had a good time.

Today was Mark's Baby Blessing. We are thankful that family could come and enjoy this special time with us. Baby Mark wore the same outfit that Bret wore at his Baby Blessing. By the spirit Bret gave him a special blessing. When it was done and Bret was bringing baby Mark back to our seats many people noticed the way Mark was staring up at Bret. He kept looking up at his dad, it was really cute. Bret and I are very happy parents and are filled with so much joy in raising this special little boy.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Mark is 8 days old. I am glad that I had Mark early and we were able to be home for Thanksgiving. My mom flew in from Arizona and made a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for us. We definitely have a lot of be thankful for this Thanksgiving. We are so thankful to have our healthy boy in our home and thankful that my mom could come for two weeks and help me. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful mom. I love her so much.
